The only international Human Resources event organized for 11 consecutive years in Romania

For the last decade, Talent Management has enjoyed an increasing amount of interest and popularity, as a result of the transition towards knowledge-based economies and the intensifying global competition for talent, leadership and competencies.

The global financial crisis and the economic recession have not functioned as a buffer in this direction. On the contrary, an organization’s ability to deal with the crisis and create long-term success became critically dependent on the skills, competencies, motivation and performance of its employees.

Despite high unemployment rates, two in five employers in Romania (40%) are currently experiencing difficulties in finding suitable candidates for the vacancies within the organization, according to the results of Manpower Group’s latest Talent Shortage Survey.

PROFILES International, with the support of the Romanian College of Psychologists, Brasov branch and Psychological Association Braşov, in partnership with Dima Consulting Group and Profiles Research Romania, are organizing on 8-9 October 2014, the conference “Talent Management – a Strategic Approach“, Hotel Kronwell- no. 7, Bulevardul Garii, Brasov.

Expert speakers and practitioners from leading global organizations will share best practice and discuss their approach to managing the new global talent realities, talent management strategies, examples and case studies and will address sensitive issues concerning the Romanian labor market.
