The only international Human Resources event organized for 11 consecutive years in Romania
For the last decade, Talent Management has enjoyed an increasing amount of interest and popularity, as a result of the transition towards knowledge-based economies and the intensifying global competition for talent, leadership and competencies.
The global financial crisis and the economic recession have not functioned as a buffer in this direction. Despite high unemployment rates, two in five employers in Romania (40%) are currently experiencing difficulties in finding suitable candidates for the vacancies within the organization, according to the results of Manpower Group’s latest Talent Shortage Survey.
